The Nevada boys JV soccer team won their game against Collins Maxwell on Thursday, April 25th. The boys had good defense, and they worked hard on offense.
Coach Matt Meyers said, “We played our JV match vs CM following our varsity game. CM played several of their varsity players in the JV game, and I feel our JV players did extremely well against them, holding them to a 0-0 draw. We had several great chances to score the ball, but couldn’t convert. I really enjoy our JV guys’ effort, and that they have a ton of fun playing.”
Their next game is on Friday, May 11, against Gilbert.
