On Thursday, April 18, the middle school boys track team went to the Carlisle Relays. The 8th grade team placed third overall.
Carson Rhodes earned a first place finish in the discus. The shuttle hurdle relay team placed second. The team was comprised of Dylan Fritz, Dallas Stanley, Connor Barfels, and Sam Betting. The 4×200 meter relay team placed first in their event. The relay team was comprised of Aidan Freeman, Edgar Cabrera, Mauricio Garcia, and Karter Beving. The sprint medley relay team also placed first. The team was comprised of Aidan Freeman, Garcia, Cabrera, and Billy Gibbons.
The 7th grade team placed fifth overall. The 4×800 meter relay team placed second in the event. The relay team was comprised of Rowan Steele, Rhett Harter, Kyle Kingsbury, and Carter Holland. Also, Steele earned a 2nd place finish in the high jump.
The 4×200 meter relay team and the 4×400 meter relay team both finished second in their event. The 4×200 was comprised of Steele, Jackson Reid, Zach Deveno, and Holland. The 4x400M relay team was comprised of Kyle Kingsbury, Deveno, Harter, and Holland.
The boys have their next meet on Monday, April 29, at South Hamilton.
