The JV boys golf team lost to Ballard, 224-218, on Monday, April 1st, at Ballard.
It was the Cubs’ season opener.
“Many of us had great shots for it being the first meet,” said William Carsrud. Carsrud also said that he felt like since it was their first meet they played pretty well, but still many things to improve on.
Tyler Hansen and William Carsrud were co-medalists with scores of 51. Others scorers for Nevada were Clay Bauman with 59, Carter Hamilton with 63, Caleb Gilchrist with 73, Nate Dumbaugh with 83, Carter Franzen with 90, and Zach Stinn with a 96.
