On Tuesday, November 13, the Nevada Cubs middle school wrestling team competed against Greene County in Jefferson. They won 16 out of the 24 matches.
Nate Anderson, Edgar Cabrera, and Drew Robinson wrestled well.
“There are more seventh graders than eighth graders on the team,” said Coach Karl Corbin. “We’re still learning to shoot more and be more aggressive.”
The next meet is Thursday, November 29 at Bondurant Middle School.
