The JV Girls softball team played Greene County on Thursday, June 1st. The Cubs played a strong game and ended up winning 6-5.
The Cubs jumped out early with a 5-1 lead. In the 6th inning the team gave up four runs making the score 5-5. They later scored the winning run.
Coach Corey Barloon said, “The team played well as a whole and continues to show improvement each time they take the field.”
The JV girls softball team plays PCM on Monday, June 4th.
