On Tuesday, May 15th, the girls’ soccer team traveled to Alleman. The girls ended up winning 1-0 against North Polk. This was a great game for the Cubs, as North Polk has challenged them the last two years.
Maddie Stevens was the Cubs’ only scorer, making a goal in the first half off of an assist from Hattie Rhodes.
Coach Davis said, “It was good to get on the winning side again against the eighth-ranked team and conference opponent. The girls also did a fantastic job stepping in for Kacie Rewerts who was home sick.”
