On Monday, April 29, the JV boys soccer team played two games. The first one was a JV reserve game, and the second one was a normal JV game. The games were against ADM at Cubs Stadium.
In the reserve game, the Nevada boys conceded one goal, but had many opportunities to level out the score on offense.
In the second game, both teams played well, and the Nevada boys had multiple chances to score but unfortunately couldn’t get a goal.
“ADM was a strong opponent with many skilled players, but we did well to match their intensity and effort,” said Coach Matt Myers.
The Nevada JV boys have had a great season so far and many look forward to continue to watch them succeed. The Cubs play at Gilbert on Friday, May 10, for their next game.
