On December 15, Nevada’s purple JV girls basketball team took on Ballard at home. Nevada played a close game but couldn’t hang on; they lost 45-32.
Freshman Maddie Dunham was the leading scorer with 11 points. Freshman Elie Tuhn had nine points for the Cubs.
“Ballard was a big and quick team, “said Coach Scott Uthe. “It was hard for us to control the boards,” said Coach Scott Uthe.
