The Nevada Cubs reserve basketball team took on the Bondurant-Farrar Blue Jays at Bondurant on December 17.
The Cubs pulled off the win against the Blue Jays, 48-42.
Coach John Kruse said, “We had a lot of good things come out of the game. We made some good adjustments to their 3-2 zone, and we had great pressure on the ball to make them force turnovers.”
“We played very well as a team, we moved the ball very well in the first half and played pretty good defense throughout the game,” said player Gavin Melohn.
The Cubs play next on January 4, against the Gilbert Tigers at the Nevada Fieldhouse.
