The Nevada Cubs JV Volleyball put on a dominate performance at South Hamilton on September 20th. The Cubs crushed the Hawks, 25-17 and 25-22.
“The girls ran some good offense and worked on speeding up their offense. We’re trying to work on getting faster sets/hits,” said Coach Catie Neuman.
The Cubs had amazing energy all night, with the girls running very efficient offense. The goal for the night was to be more aggressive at hitting, and the Cubs are looking to improve on this goal the next game.
Erin Coogler had a great night with stellar defense and a lot of good passing. Also, Madison McGaffin had some great attacks out of the middle.
Nevada hopes to continue on improving and taking this momentum in to their next home matches against the ADM Tigers and the Boone Toreadors on October 1.
