On Thursday, May 31, the 8th grade boys baseball team played at PCM and crushed them 16-6. They won within four innings.
“I was happy with the way that we attacked the ball when we were hitting,” said Coach Corey Long. “Everyone had at least one hit. I was also pleased with the way our pitchers threw strikes. We still need to work eliminating our errors. It starts with us communicating better and throwing the baseball to the correct spot in every situation.”
The team’s next outing is Monday, June 4 against Gilbert at Harrington Park (Nevada) at 4:30 pm.
