On Tuesday, January 30, varsity girl played against Saydel. The Cubs took the win with the score being 58-46.
Lexi Koudelka had a very good game, scoring 24 points. Hattie Rhodes and Addi Vorm also played well with eight points each. Kacie Rewerts scored six points, Grace Francis five, Amanda Fortman had four, and Riley Mailey scored three.
“We did a lot better job of getting better looks on offense and taking care of the basketball,” said Coach Tony Neubauer.
In the next game, Coach Neubauer wants to focus on their defense.
