The girls varsity basketball team played Saydel in Des Moines on Friday, January 5. The girls played well and ended up winning 53-27.
The leading scorers were Lexy Koudelka with 21 points, Riley Mailey with 10 points, and Amanda Fortmann with 9 points.
Coach Tony Neubauer says he wants the team to work on taking good care of the basketblal and speeding up their transition offense.
They will be facing Colo-Nesco for their next game on Saturday, January 6.
