On January 6th, the varsity girls basketball team took on the Colo-NESCO Royals. They ended up winning by a lot with a score of 58-33.
Both Kacie Rewerts and Lexy Koudelka had outstanding games, each scoring 21 points. Hattie Rhodes helped the team out with eight assists.
The team overall played great defense led by Amanda Fortmann and Riley Mailey. Their transition offense had a lot of success with a lot of easy baskets.
Before their next game they want to work on rebounding better out of their zone.
