The 9th grade girls basketball team played South Hamilton on November 21, then turned right around and played Boone on November 22. Coach Uthe didn’t have time to prepare his girls specifically for the game against Boone, but they won the game anyway with a nice 23-1 lead.
Coach said that the whole game went really well and the press put his girls up, and they just contained from there. Hannah Fritz was on fire for the whole game, and led the Nevada team with 10 points. The whole team was really aggressive early and it put Boone in a bad position where they couldn’t keep up with the game.
