On Tuesday, November 21, the girls basketball team played Boone. The Cubs played hard and were attacking the Toreadors all game, but came up short losing 49-51 on a buzzer beater lay up. Lexy Koudelka played well getting a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds. Kacie Rewerts scored 11 points in her first varsity start of her career.
Coach Neubauer thinks the Cubs need improvement in shooting and limiting turnovers. The girls play again on Tuesday, November 28 against Grandview Christian.
